(WXYZ) — Mayor Mike Duggan walked Detroiters through the changes that are coming to auto insurance in Michigan.

Duggan has said he will take anyone who wants to listen to his presentation through the changes that will be coming to their auto insurance bill.

The changes go into effect on July 2. They were put into place in Michigan by changes made in the state's No Fault Law. The changes apply to Personal Injury Protection requirements.
