A 49-year-old man from Detroit is expected to appear in court for his preliminary hearing in connection to spray-painted threats against Detroit police and Chief James Craig.
Stuart Horatio Lewis is facing charges including Threat of Terrorism felony charge, Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana and Malicious Destruction of a Building.
Lewis is accused of spray painting "KILL ALL POLICE" and "KILL JAMES CRAIG" on a Detroit building located at 200 West State Fair.
