(WXYZ) — A 32-year-old Macomb Township man is accused of using social media to meet with a 13-year-old girl.

Albert Krakosky was charged with one count of enticing a minor under 16 for immoral purposes and one count of accosting children for immoral purposes.

The victim's father was concerned that his daughter had been sneaking out of the house to meet with Krakosky.

Macomb County Sheriff's deputies assumed the victim's identity and continued to communicate with Krakosky, who asked to pick up the girl in the early morning of Jan. 25.

Detectives set up surveillance in the area of the arranged pick-up. Police say Krakosky was observed driving through the area a short time later.

He was taken into custody and was held on a $30,000 cash/surety 10% bond. He posted the bond and was released from custody.
