(WXYZ) — Southfield police say a man who accidentally drove into a Kroger fled the scene, leaving behind his girlfriend and an infant in the car. It happened at Evergreen and 12 Mile.
According to police, the man was speeding through the parking lot and someone walked in front of him. To avoid hitting that person, he turned the wheel and drove into the Kroger.
Police are currently looking for the man. No one was injured.
