CHESTERFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Chesterfield Township Police Department said a man riding a bicycle was hit and killed on Friday evening.
According to police, the 53-year-old Clinton Township man was riding his bike on Gratiot south of 23 Mile when he was hit.
The drier was a 44-year-old man from New Haven driving a pick-up truck. He did stop at the scene.
Police say the Clinton Township man died from his injuries.
Right now, police are still investigating the crash. They say alcohol use is not known at this time.
