A man was shot in the thigh overnight at a motel in Detroit, police say.
Officers responded to a shots fired call around 3:25 a.m Saturday at the Suburban Motel on Telegraph.
According to the motel manager, a 2009 Chevy Impala pulled up, the suspect exited the vehicle and fired multiple shots into a motel room. One of the rounds hit the victim in the right thigh.
The suspect then sped off from the scene in the Chevy Impala.
The 32-year-old victim was taken to a local hospital and listed in stable condition.
Police say the suspect is a black male driving a black 2009 Chevy Impala with a Michigan license plate: DTR-8507.
Police are still investigating the shooting.
