EASTPOINTE, Mich. (WXYZ) — Two people were arrested Wednesday for stealing packages from residents in an Eastpointe neighborhood, police say.
Maced Jamal Edwards, 23, and Kamicia Chaniess White, 19, were charged and arraigned for taking packages off the porches of 12 residents.
Edwards was charged with larceny, conspiracy to commit larcency and possession of analogues. White was charged with larceny and conspiracy. Edwards received $75,000 bond, while White received $50,000.
They are both due back in court on Jan. 23.
Police say at this point they have only identified 12 victims.
