Meeting tonight on Flint water crisis lawsuit

Hundreds of people are gathering Tuesday night in Flint as part of a class action lawsuit over the city's water crisis.

It's happening at 6:30 p.m. inside a building at University of Michigan Flint and attorneys handling the case ar expected to meet with citizens.

So far, more than 1,700 potential members of the suit have signed up with attorneys. They're also asking people to hang onto photographs, water samples, blood test results, notes, diaries and emails.

Many of those taking part in the information meeting have lost loved ones due to Legionnaires' disease or have children with elevated lead levels.

The U.S. Surgeon General will also be in Flint tonight meeting with citizens.
