The Mega Millions jackpot continues to get bigger.
As of Tuesday, Sept. 25, the jackpot has reached $303 million. The cash option for the jackpot is about $176 million, according to the Michigan Lottery.
This is the fourth-largest Mega Millions jackpot this year, with the $543 million jackpot being the largest won so far in 2018. That ticket was purchased in California.
According to the Michigan Lottery, the last winner in the state was Kevin Blake of Waterford. He won half of the game's $42 million jackpot in October 2017. The other winner was from Rhode Island.
The Mega Millions drawing happens every Tuesday and Friday evening.
Each Mega Millions play costs $2, and an additional $1 per play. Tickets for Tuesday's drawing may be purchased online at MichiganLottery.com and at the Lottery's 11,000 retailers around the state until 10:45 p.m.
