The Mega Millions jackpot is $454 million dollars.

Hayes Market on 9 Mile and Telegraph is one of the few lucky stores in our areas when it comes to Mega Millions.

Charlon Jordan bought a Mega Millions Ticket there. She's been shopping at the Hayes Market in Southfield for more than 16 years.

"I feel lucky today," she said."

She buys lottery and scratch off tickets here and has walked away with a total of $800 over the years.

"It's just a lucky store."

No one has walked away winning a big Mega Millions jackpot.

Lena Hakim works at Hayes Market.

"A lot of people come here, a lot of people win so we are really lucky," Hakim said.

Over the past five years, three customers who bought a Mega Millions ticket walked away with a total of more than $257,000 dollars.

One of the winners was generous.

Hakim said, "We got lucky ourselves because the customer was nice enough to give us some."
