A dating app is coming to Detroit and you only get to join if you’re invited and approved.
"The League” is an invite-only dating app designed for anyone who is ambitious and looking to meet someone like-minded.
The app was launched in 2015. It’s known to be very selective, aiming to make power couples.
Five hundred Detroit users will start as the founding members November 6th, 2017. More than 2,500 are on a waiting list to join.
“Think of The League as a member’s only club, but one with a killer singles scene,” say The League’s founder & CEO, Amanda Bradford.
Singles are encouraged to focus more on someone’s career, and education versus their looks or distance.
The app is already in several cities including Chicago and New York.
