This morning, the Baby Naomi case will be back in the spotlight.

The Michigan Innocence Clinic plans to argue on behalf of Joshua Burns in front of the Michigan Court of Appeals.

A jury convicted Burns of second degree child abuse after his then 2-month old daughter had to be hospitalized back in 2014.

Among the arguments to be made, the lack of help Joshua's attorney had during the trial. We've also learned the Michigan Innocence Clinic will be arguing there was instruction issues for the jury on the case.
