Michigan State Police's helicopter Trooper 2 busted carjacking suspects on June 14 after a pursuit.
The helicopter picked up radio traffic of a carjacking at a high rate of speed southbound on Greenfield. MSP says Trooper 2 was able to take over the pursuit so DPD could back off to avoid any injuries to innocent civilians and keep a safe distance.
MSP says the tactical flight officer continued to call out the vehicle location until they tried to hide the vehicle behind a garage on Brammell St. All suspects were taken into custody and the weapon and vehicle were recovered.
