(WXYZ) — Michigan State Police said about 100 crashes were reported since midnight Wednesday due to icy road conditions.
Troopers said one patrol car was hit by a citizen that was driving too fast.
MSP also said hot spots for crashes included I-75 Downriver and I-94 in Detroit. Police urged drivers to slow down and leave extra room.
