LANSING, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Michigan Marijuana Regulator Agency issued an a recall of vape cartridges due to failing a test under new state rules for high levels of vitamin E acetate.
According to the state, all vape cartridges failed a test under new emergency rules issued in November for high levels of vitamin E acetate.
All of the cartridges will have a label that indicates the license number of the marijuana facility and the METRC number assigned to the product.
They were sold at stores in Jackson, Walled Lake, Ferndale, Detroit and Vassar.
