More than 80 toy-sized dogs removed from wire cages in St. Clair Township

ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — More than 80 small dogs were removed from a property in St. Clair Township this week, according to officials from the Humane Society of St. Clair County.

A total of 83 toy-sized pups were recovered from wire cages, officials told 7 Action News Saturday afternoon.

The St. Clair County Animal Control is expected to release further details on what happened and the condition of the dogs later today.
