"I had someone say 'how long is this trend going to last?' And I said my 91-year-old grandmother, she made it for me so it hasn't gone out of style," Rob Cardenas, the manager of Tom + Chee, said.

"You can get as fancy as you want, with our roast meats, we do turkey we do chicken and roast beef."
