Los Angeles Police confirmed that there were no shots fired after students at the University of Southern California were advised to shelter in place.

The LAPD tweeted Monday that they were responding to reports of a shooting, and placed the campus under lockdown for nearly 30 minutes.

Police reportedly searched Fertitta Hall, which is part of the university's business school.
