The daughter of late actor Paul Walker has settled a wrongful death lawsuit with Porsche that alleged design defects with the vehicle led to Walker's death.

The Blast reports 18-year-old Meadow Walker reached an agreement with Porsche on Oct. 16. The terms of the settlement are confidential, but both parties are asking for the suit to be dismissed.

The "Fast & Furious" actor was riding in a Porsche Carrera GT that was traveling between 80-100 mph when it crashed on Nov. 30, 2013. Meadow Walker's suit, filed in 2015 when she was 16, alleged Walker was trapped in the car by the seat belt, causing him to burn alive.

The lawsuit also alleged the Carrera GT had a "history of instability and control issues," accoridng to The Blast.

Walker's friend, Roger Rodas, was driving the car and was also killed in the crash. According to the Los Angeles TImes, Meadow Walker reached a $10.1 million settlement with Rodas' estate in 2014. A judge previously dismissed a suit against Porsche which was filed by Kristine Roda, Roger Roda's widow.
