A new hot dog restaurant is now open Troy near the Somerset Collection and features gourmet hot dogs with unique toppings.
Loaded Links, coming from metro Detroit native restaurateur Randy Ayyar, is now open on Big Beaver Rd. just east of Somerset.
It features gourmet products like Wagyu and Kobe beef hot dogs and toppings that include tempura avocado, truffle mayo, bacon-wrapped and brisket cuts.
"Loaded Links takes the all-American hot dog that everyone loves to the next level," Ayyar said in a release. "Our all-natural, 100% all-beef hot dogs have no added hormones or steroids and are antibiotic free. Each frank is topped with daring ingredients that will give your taste buds a kick."
On top of that, there will also be deep-fried Oreos and a frozen beverage line of non-carbonated crushed ice flavors. There will also be burgers that use a beef brisket-blend patty.
"Whether you're a fan of Windy City or Motor City dogs, or even spicy hot Southern dogs, our menu offers iconic 'haute' dogs from everywhere across the country," Ayyar said in a release.

"The Porky" - pulled pork on a chargrilled frank with bacon aioli, diced tomatoes and green onions.
"The Longhorn" - beef brisket on a chargrilled beef frank with coleslaw and beer battered onion rings
