Novi Police are warning citizens to be on the lookout for anyone claiming to be looking for tiling work. They say that person may not be who they seem.
Anyone confronted by a man passing out 4" x 6" flyers should contact police immediately, they say.
Complaints stem from allegedly suspicious encounters in the past two days. Although no crimes have been committed according to police, they still want to make sure everyone is safe.
Police provide only a vague description of the man. He is described as African American, middle aged and driving a white passenger car, possibly a GMC.
