One person was killed and another person has been injured in a shooting in Mt. Clemens Thursday.
A large group of people was in the area of Court and Clemens street because of shots fired. When police arrived on scene they learned that two people with gunshot wounds had been taken to the hospital.
Charlie McGowan, 24, of Clinton Township, died in the shooting. The second victim, a 26-year-old woman out of Clinton Township, is being treated for her injuries.
