Plymouth Ice Festival postpones events due to inclement weather

PLYMOUTH, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Plymouth Ice Festival has postponed some Saturday events and activities due to the inclement weather in Southeast Michigan.

The Festival will be moving its Saturday events and activities to Sunday, Jan. 12. This includes the Genisys Credit Union Individual Carving Competition and the IHA Dueling Chainsaws Competition.

  • 9:00am – 1:00 pm Genisys Credit Union Team Carving Competition
  • 10:00am – 5:00pm Michigan First Credit Union Petting Farm
  • 10:00 am – 6:00pm Blue Care Network Cross Country Trail
  • 11:00 am - 5:00pm DTE Energy Foundation Tubing Run
  • 11:00am – 6:00pm Vendors will be open on Main Street and in the Ehlers Heating & Air Conditioning Hot Spot
  • 2:30pm – 5:30pm Genisys Credit Union Individual Carving Competition
  • 3:30pm IHA Dueling Chainsaws Competition
  • 7:00pm Movies at the Penn: Frozen II
