DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that happened overnight in the area of Plymouth and Heyden.
Around 1:02 a.m., a 23-year-old female victim was arguing with her 24-year-old boyfriend when her ex-boyfriend pulled up, police say. The current boyfriend got upset and began shooting. He struck the victim, causing a graze wound, according to police. He then ran off from the scene.
Officers are still investigating the case.
