Police find three people shot & killed in Lansing during welfare check

Lansing police say they found three people shot and killed after conducting a welfare check early Friday morning.

According to police, they were called to the residence in the 2900 block of Truman around 1:15 a.m. That's near Forest Rd. and Staten Ave.

Police say when they went to the residence, they found a woman and two men, all in their mid to late 20s, shot and killed inside.

Right now, police say there is no threat to the public, and they are not searching for any suspects. They have not released the identities of the victims.
