Dearborn police are looking for five men who robbed a Kay Beauty Supply store at 7746 Wyoming Ave. between Tireman and Warren.

The suspects, four of which were wearing masks, were armed with shotguns and handguns as they demanded the employees to give them money from the cash register and safe.

The employees did sustain injuries, although they were not life-threatening. No shots were fired.

During the assault, the suspects took numerous beauty supply items.

"Crimes of this nature are particularly disturbing because the suspects showed no regard for the safety of the employees," said Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad. "Crimes like this will not be tolerated. We are urging the public to come forward with information regarding this incident."

The Dearborn Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying the suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call 313-943-2241.

To remain anonymous, call 1-800-SPEAK-UP. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for the information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
