DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit Police have located a missing 70-year-old man who was last seen on Friday, Feb. 15.
Richard Perkins was last seen by a family member around 8 a.m. Saturday at his home on the 2600 block of Webb.
He is described as a black man, 5-feet 8-inches tall, 145 pounds, black and gray hair and bread. He was last seen wearing a black skull cap, blue coat, white shirt, gray sweatpants and gray and white shoes.
Police say Richard is in good physical condition but suffers from dementia.
