CLAWSON, Mich. (WXYZ) — Police say they received two reports of a man in a black SUV following younger children in Clawson.

Two 10-year-old boys were walking home from Kenwood Elementary when they saw a small black SUV following them. They told police that they felt as if the man was following them.

Police say the boys stuck together and ran home. Anyone who has seen the vehicle in the area is asked to call dispatch at 248-524-3477.

Police say they received a second "stranger danger" report in the area of Elmsford and Washington. A 9-year-old girl was approached by a man who was driving a black Kia Soul. He asked to pet the girl's dog. Police say she ran home and told her mother.

The SUV was spotted near the corner of Highland and Custer. Police say they are not sure if the incidents are related, as both driver descriptions are different.
