(WXYZ) — Popular waterfront restaurant Brownie's on the Lake in St. Clair Shores has hit the market as we approach winter.
The restaurant is up for sale for $600,000. Located on Jefferson Ave., the real estate is also for sale for $2 million.
It has a large outdoor patio and an indoor area, and people can get there by car or by boat, right off of Lake St. Clair.
It's owned by the Joe Vicari Restaurant Group, which announced last month it was purchasing three new restaurants.
Those restaurants are The Hill Seafood & Chop House in Grosse Pointe Farms, Triple Nickle in Birmingham and Buc'eez Pub in Macomb Township.
