BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Bloomfield Township Police Department is investigating a possible police impersonator.
According to a Facebook post, the department took a report of a possible police impersonation that happened on Aug. 3 around 7 p.m.
Witnesses told police an older model blue or black Chevrolet Tahoe with chrome bumpers and red/blue flashing lights made a “traffic stop” in the area of Walnut Lake and Inkster Road.
Anyone with information or anyone who believes they may have been stopped by this vehicle is asked to call the Bloomfield Township PD non-emergency line at 248-433-7755.
