Preliminary hearing to be held for suspects in Detroit auto parts store shooting

Eboni McEwen-Ross, 28, and Leviticus Butler, 39, will appear at a preliminary hearing for their roles in the fatal shooting of a Detroit auto parts store manager on Nov. 1. 

23-year-old Shawnta Anderson has also been charged in the case.

Surveillance video showed two women running from an O'Reilly Auto Parts store on Detroit's west side after 69-year-old James Haller, Jr. was shot in the head. 

Haller would later be pronounced dead at a hospital.

McEwen-Ross has been charged with one count of felony murder and two counts of armed robbery. Butler was charged with one count of accessory.
