5th Annual Detroit Doll Show celebrates Culture, History and Beauty

Sandy's Land will host their 5th Annual Detroit Doll Show on Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 1pm to 7pm at the Dr. Charles H Wright Museum of African American History. The event will celebrate history, culture and beauty with dolls of color.

There are over 28 vendors participating. Doll artist from Metro Detroit, Ohio, South Carolina, New York, Chicago, and Pennsylvania will participate. It is stated to be the largest show of its kind in the Midwest with activities that include a doll look-alike contest for children and adults, doll legacy awards that are presented to individuals who have contributed to helping women and girls to live empowered; arts & crafts, workshops, raffle, children authors, and fun surprises for all ages.
