Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre to hold job fairs April 24 and May 8

DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit's premiere summer concert venue to fill 300 jobs for the 2019 season.

The Right Productions, Inc, the entertainment and special events services company who manages and operates The Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre (formerly Chene Park) will host two additional job fairs on Wednesday, April 24th and Wednesday, May 8. The company seeks to hire approximately 300 persons to accommodate more than 150,000 guests that attend events during the waterfront venue's 2019 season.

The Wednesday, April 24th Job Fair will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. EDT at 9301 Michigan Avenue, Detroit, Mich. 48210. The Wednesday, May 8th Job Fair will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. EDT at 5555 Connor, Detroit, Mich. 48213. The company is working in partnership with Detroit at Work.

Metro Detroiters will have the opportunity to join an outstanding team and work in various open positions including: barbacks, bartenders, concessions manager, concessions staff, servers, grounds and maintenance supervisor, inventory manager, and maintenance. The pay rate starts at $9.45 per hour, and higher rates are negotiable with experience.
