DETROIT (WXYZ) - Tuesday marks another important day in the Detroit bankruptcy hearings.
Judge Steven Rhodes is expected to look over a proposed borrowing agreement.
The proposed loan would be the first major financing pact taken out by a city that is operating under Chapter 9 Bankruptcy protection.
The loan would allow the city to begin restoring city services and help attract new residents.
