DETROIT (WXYZ) - Graffiti is all over Detroit, but in one southwest area, it has become signs of hate.
A small businessman has tried to stop it for a year. Dennis Mc Hugh has painted over the graffiti at the old Southwest General Hospital 40 times and has had his windows broken out 30 times.
He has captured the vandal, but only on video.
This is more than just spray paint and broken windows. The business next door is owned by a family of orthodox Jews and the patriarch is a Holocaust survivor with tattoos on his arms with numbers from the concentration camp.
Mc Hugh is offering a $250 reward to catch the vandals.
