Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged a third woman in connection with the homicide of O'Reilly Auto Parts store manager James Haller.

28-year-old Eboni McEwen-Ross has been charged with one count of Felony Murder, a felony carrying a penalty of life in prison without parole and two counts of Armed Robbery, a felony with a maximum penalty of life in prison.

On Nov. 9, 23-year-old Shawnta Anderson and 39-year-old Leviticus Butler were also charged in connection with the same homicide.

Anderson is charged with murder, armed robbery and using a firearm during a felony. Butler is charged with being an accessory after the fact.

Surveillance video shows two women running from an O'Reilly Auto Parts Store on Detroit's west side on November 1 after James Haller Jr. was shot once in the head. Haller later would be pronounced dead at a hospital.

Police Chief James Craig has said Haller was a Vietnam war veteran and also served in the 1970s as a reserve police officer.
