A fugitive from St. Clair has been arrested in New Jersey in connection with a triple murder.
Thirty-eight-year- old Russell Govett was taken into custody without incident in Cape May City.
Govett is a person of interest in the deaths of three people in Detroit.
He's being held on $1 million bond and is awaiting extradition to Michigan.
