Who's responsible for controlling raccoons in the city of Detroit

DETROIT (WXYZ) — We first brought you this story Thursday night, raccoons setting up camp in a neighborhood near Rouge Park.

The situation has a lot of people in a panic. The raccoons are roaming in and out of one house on the block.

Now, the neighbors fear their homes would be raccoon ridden next. They want the city of Detroit to solve the problem.
