(WXYZ) - The Livingston County Sheriff's office is asking for the public's help to find a car that has been linked to the thefts of catalytic converters.
The gold Chrysler Cirrus is believed to be from between the 1996 and 2000 model years.
It was caught on surveillance cameras in February at a Brighton Township storage facility where several catalytic converters were removed from parked vehicles.
However, police believe the car may also be linked to other catalytic converter thefts in Hartland, Howell, Brighton and Genoa Townships.
Anyone with information about the thefts or the car is asked to call either Detective Curt Novara at (517) 540-7952 or Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) SPEAK UP.
