The 7 Investigators are outlining more allegations of threats, retaliation and abuse of power by Macomb Township Trustee Dino Bucci.

The feds conducting their ongoing investigation into "systemic corruption" may want to watch this.

The allegations come from Eddie Jawad. He owns 4 gas stations in Macomb Township and says Bucci twisted his arm so that Jawad would support Bucci politically.

Jawad claims if he did not, Bucci would, "make it so hard for you to do business in this township".

Jawad says things escalated two years ago when he put in an offer to buy a plaza at 22 Mile and Romeo Plank Roads along with another gas station. His bid was $2.1 Million.

It sold for $379,000.

Jawad never heard back, but later found out the plaza sold to RGD Group for $379,000. Jawad heard it was Rizzo.

Rizzo Environmental is in the middle of the federal pay for play corruption case in which a company bag man allegedly paid off two township trustees.

The buyer of the plaza is named Guy Rizzo - no relation.

Bucci and Macomb Township have been sued by other developers in which they applied for and were not paid $150,000 in permit fee refunds and allege Bucci wanted half of that to make it happen, a $75,000 kickback.

Jawad says when he didn't play ball with Bucci, code enforcers came to make up violations.

7 Investigator Jim Kiertzner tried to contact Guy Rizzo and Dino Bucci, but they were not available.

Bucci ran out after the Macomb Township Board meeting Wednesday night without answering questions.

Eddie Jawad says he's documented everything and he's willing to talk with authorities.
