(WXYZ) — Roseville residents are criticizing a proposed marijuana processing and provisioning plant in Warren.
The proposed plant would be located along 11 Mile Road and Hayes, just across the border from Roseville.
While the plant may meet Warren's city requirements, people who live just yards away in Roseville aren't happy.
"Nobody voted to put a marijuana facility just across the street more than 50 yards away from somebody's front lawn," one resident said.
The Roseville city attorney plans to send a letter to Warren in objection to the proposed plant.
Meanwhile, the Roseville City Council took its first steps towards regulating medical marijuana Tuesday night by approving a new ordinance.
