A server has been arrested in Troy after police say she assaulted customers.

It happened Sunday evening at McCormick and Schmick’s on Coolidge Highway.

Customers told police they complained to a manager about their server’s poor service. The manager apologized, but the 21-year-old server got into a fight with the customer.

She reportedly started throwing glass and broke the customer's necklace.

Another customer says she had received bruises to the arm and a fingernail was ripped off.

Troy police say the server had misdemeanor warrants out in Detroit, Royal Oak and St. Clair Shores. She has been charged with two counts of assault and battery.

She is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday, September 6th.
