Warren Police have identified a man who was found unconscious on the ground on Toepfer near Ryan early Sunday morning.
They say he is Chung Tran, a 58-year-old Warren resident.
Tran was found bleeding from his head and nose, and suffered head trauma. Police believe he was the victim of an assault and robbery.
Warren police said they are thankful for all of the community tips regarding his identity.
