Law enforcement officials push for a no vote on pot proposal

An increase in school suspensions and college dropouts is what Monroe County Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Michael Roehrig predicts will happen if Michigan voters approve a proposal to legalize marijuana for recreational use.

Roehrig also said the reported effects of legalizing marijuana in other parts of the country have also included an increase in homeless drug addicts and panhandlers.
