A 62-year-old man is facing a Prostitution charge after being arrested on Tuesday.
Police say Nathan Sobel was arrested after a Royal Oak officer assigned to the Troy Special Investigations Unit received information that he was soliciting and engaging in prostitution at a home.
Officers began observing the home and determined the tip was accurate. Sobel was then taken into custody without incident.
In addition to the Prostitution charge, Sobel has also been charged with Practicing Massage without a Permit/License. Both charges are misdemeanors and have a penalty of up to 93 days in jail.
