ROYAL OAK, Mich. (WXYZ) — The headliners have been announced for the 2019 Soaring Eagle Arts, Beats & Eats presented by Flagstar Bank festival in Royal Oak.
The festival will take place in downtown Royal Oak on Labor Day weekend,
Now in its 22nd year, the festival was originally deisgned to provide family entertainment at a low cost.
On Friday, the festival is free to enter until 5 p.m., after 5 p.m., the price is $7. On Saturday, Sunday and Monday, admission is $3 before 3 p.m., $5 after 3 p.m., and $7 after 5 p.m.
The music lineup for the festival was announced on Tuesday. Headliners include Starship, All American Rejects, Third Eye Blind, Phillip Phillips and Randy Houser. For a full list of the line-up, click here.
