Burgh Historical Park Tree Lighting Ceremony set for December 6th

The city of Southfield's Burgh Historical Park Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place on Tuesday, December 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Burgh Historical Park, located at 26080 Berg Road on the northeast corner of Civic Center Drive.
 
The ceremony will include caroling with the Metropolitan Singers as Santa, Mrs. Claus and the winner of the City's 32nd annual Ride with Santa Contest arrive on a horse-drawn sleigh from the North Pole.

Following the tree lighting, guests are invited inside the 1854 Burgh Church for performances by the Metropolitan Singers and the Southfield Tappers as well as visits with Santa in the Burgh Gazebo. Free refreshments and fresh roasted marshmallows will be served. Parking is available on-site.

Most activities will take place outdoors, so please dress for the weather.
