Carrabba's Italian Grill opens it doors in Troy Monday

TROY, Mich. (WXYZ) - Fans of Carrabba's Italian Grill, rejoice.

On Monday, the restaurant chain will unveil its brand new look as it opens its doors in Oakland County.

Carrabba's of Troy is the first in the Detroit area to feature the eatery's newly redesigned style, which according to a press release, is inspired by the look and feel of Italy.

The restaurant has brought jobs to the surrounding community, hiring nearly 120 people to be a part of its team.

Carrabba's will open for lunch at 11 a.m. Monday. Fifty percent of opening day sales will be donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Troy which supports programs benefiting local youth.

"We're excited to be a new neighbor, and we're looking forward to becoming part of the Troy community," said Kevin Ellis, Managing Partner of the Troy Carrabba's.

Carrabba's is located in the Galleria of Troy at 600 West Big Beaver Road, just off I-75.
