After a fire destroyed eight units, and sent four people to the hospital Wednesday evening, one woman was afraid that she would never see her cat again.
Erica Hunt said that her mother lived in the apartment next door to where the blaze began.
"It's scary, she was one of the four people taken to the hospital, both sisters are heading there right now, they sent me here because they're worried about her cat," said Hunt.
Fortunately for the Hunt family, the cat was found at around 11:00 a.m. in good health.
It is now back with the family.
