A Howell man is under arrest for having pornographic videos of children and even a handbook on how to sexually abuse them.
The criminal complaint Jared Patrick Lockwood was just unsealed and the details are horrific.
FBI agents searched Lockwood's Howell home on July 16, after learning he had been online looking at child pornographic sites.
The agents found thumb drives, including one that had a document called "The Pedophiles Handbook."
It described tactics pedophiles could use to target, hunt, and sexually abuse children.
Another drive had 73 videos of children being sexually abused.
The criminal complaint shows that the kids range from 14-years-old to as young as five.
A date has not yet been set when Lockwood will be arraigned on the charges.
